Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, Feb. 26, 2013 at Hunter Funeral Home for Mrs. Parsley, 76, of Watertown. The widow of the late James Floyd Parsley, she died Sunday, Feb. 24 at her residence.

Interment was at Jones Hill Cemetery.
Watertown's Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
