LEBANON -- Mrs. Murphy, 74, passed away Friday February 26, 2010 at the University Medical Center. The daughter of the late Thomas & Eva Knobel Knowles, Mrs. Murphy was a member of Gladeville United Methodist Church and a retired clerical employee with the State of Tennessee Revenue Department. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning, March 2 at the Partlow Chapel. Brother Charles Walker officiated the services with interment at Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Survivors included: son Philip (Kathy) Murphy; grandsons Heath Murphy and Jarren Murphy; brother Thomas (Janice) Knowles and sister Fay (Bobby) Murphy; niece Stephanie Sovine; nephews Tim Murphy and Terry (Linda) Murphy; great nephews Nash Murphy and Brandon Murphy. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Marvin E. Murphy. Family and friends served as pallbearers. MT. JULIET -- Funeral Services were held Tuesday afternoon, March 2 at Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet for Mrs. York, 72, of Mt. Juliet. The daughter of the late Cecil “Corky” and Lorene Bennett Roberts, Mrs. York passed away February 26, 2010. She was a member of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. Services were conducted by Brother Charles Gentry. Interment followed the service at the Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens Survivors include: her husband of 54 years Kenneth York; brother Lewis Roberts; sister Helen Smith; children Stephen (Carolyn) York, Jennifer (Duane) Allison; granddaughters Kimberly Allison, Meghann Hackett, Shelby York, Emily Allison, and Sarah Allison; great-grandson Joshua Moran; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother -- Bobbie Roberts. WATERTOWN -- Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Hunter FUneral Home for Mr. Murphy, 77, of the Statesville Community. A native of Wilson County and a member of the Smith Fork Baptist Church, Mr. Murphy died Feb. 27, 2010 at his residence. A farmer, he was the son of the late William Frank and Lily Caroline Ferrell Murphy. Services were conducted by the Rev. Jimmy Atnip with burial at the Jennings Cemetery. Survivors include: wife Montie Bly Murphy and children Tammy (John) Hodge of Murfreesboro and Zendel (Tracy) Murphy of Statesville. Also surviving are grandchildren: Lindsey (Bob) Sirising and Cody Murphy; step granddaughter Aly Sirising; siblings Bessie Dodd, Betty Jean Wosyluk and Clyde Murphy along with several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Murphy is preceded in death by siblings Jessie Vanatta, John, Roy, Jimmy and Frank D. Murphy. Hunter Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. |

LEBANON -- Infant Michael Selby passed away on February 23, 2010 at age five months. A graveside service, conducted by Brother Gary Miller, was held Saturday afternoon, Feb. 27 at Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Survivors include parents David and Ashley Selby, sisters Sydney Selby and Maddison Wall, and grandparents Terry and Debbie Selby, Tena Hughes and Mike and Debbie Wall. MT. JULIET -- Memorial services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday February 27, 2010 at Bond Memorial Chapel for Mrs. Toy, 34, of Mt. Juliet. She died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010. Visitation will be 12-2 p.m. Saturday at Bond Memorial Chapel. Services will be conducted by Minister Darrell Blankenship. Survivors include: husband Bill Toy and sons Josh Toy, Billy Toy and Corey Walden -- all of Mt. Juliet. Also surviving is mother Karen Zamrock of Ft.
