LEBANON -- A memorial service is planned for 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 24 at the Sellars Funeral Home on the Baddour Parkway for Mrs. Singleton, 50, of Lebanon. A 1977 graduate of Lebanon High School, she passed away Friday, Feb. 19, 2010. Mrs. Singleton was a social worker and was preceded in death by her husbands Larry Singleton and Phillip Smith, and father Larry Speck. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home for one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Services will be conducted by Brother Danny Sellars. Survivors include daughter Autumn Cripps; mother Peggy Speck; sister Betty June Speck; grandchild Kade Cripps; and longtime friend Barney Burton. Arrangements by Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon. |

LEBANON -- Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, February 23 at the JC Hellum Funeral Home for Ms. Hawkins, 70. Born July 9, 1939, she died Thursday, Feb. 18, 2010, at Sumner Regional Medical Center. Ms. Hawkins was a former educator with the Wilson County School System. Pastor Charles Cowan, eulogist. Burial, Greenlawn Cemetery, Old Hickory, TN. Survivors include: husband Linwood Hawkins, Sr.; siblings Patsy Hurd, Henry Davis and Cathy Hancock; children Deborah, Dale, Melody, Artenchis, Linette H. Jackson and Linwood Hawkins, Jr.; 14 grandchildren; a great grandchild; brother-in-law Kenneth James; father-in-law Mizell Hawkins; numerous nieces, nephews along with other relatives and friends. LEBANON – Funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon, February 23 at the Sellars Funeral Home for Mrs. Brewington, 73, of Lebanon. A homemaker and the daughter of the late Frank and Bessie Spears Barnes, she died Feb. 20, 2010. Services were conducted by Brother Danny Sellars. Interment was in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Family and friends served as pallbearers. Survivors include husband Ed Brewington; children Susie Jared, Debbie Brown and Marvin Cook Jr.; step-children Tricia Ann Adams, Wayne Brewington and Ronnie Brewington; brother Sammy Moats; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. LEBANON -- A memorial service was held Monday evening, February 22 at the Partlow Chapel for Ms. Jenkins, 79, of Lebanon. A member of the College Hills Church of Christ, she died Thursday, Feb. 18 at The Pavilion. Formerly employed as a secretary with WSM Radio, Harvey’s Department Store and Precision Rubber, she was the daughter of the late Henry Clay and Emily Loudermilk Jenkins. Services were conducted by Dr. Larry Locke. Survivors include: daughter Treva (Lynn) Bogle; sister Evelyn Halsey; grandchildren Brooke (Brady) Palmer and Clay (Brett) Rozell; great grandchildren Clay Alden Palmer, Adyson Palmer, Watson Palmer, Linden Palmer and Barrett Rozell; along with numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Mary Frances Patterson. NORENE -- Funeral services have been scheduled for 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, at the Fall Creek Baptist Church for Mr. Beadle, 83, of the Norene Community. The son of the late H.S. and Mattie Lou Jones Beadle, Mr. Beadle died Feb. 21, 2010. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was former owner of Shannon Electric Co. in Nashville and past president of the Nashville Electric Contractors Assoc. Visitation 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Hunter Funeral Home in Watertown and 2 p.m. until service time Wednesday at the church. Services will be conducted by Rev. Carl Price, Rev. Greg Bell, Rev. Billy Trice, Rev. Mike Shelby and Rev. Dan Dozier. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Norene. Survivors include: his devoted wife of 61 years Hannah Corinne Stroud Beadle; children Bob (Lynn) Beadle of Norene and Connie (Tony) Odeneal of Loretto; grandchildren Stacie Odeneal, K.C. (Amanda) Odeneal, Kristen and Jennifer Beadle; great grandchild Bree Odeneal; niece Diane Beadle Laws and several cousins. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law Howell and Erline Beadle.
