Edgar Wilson “Eddie” Evins, 77, passed away quietly Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville. He spent his last days on earth exactly as he wished; surrounded by the people he loved - devoted wife, adoring family and a few close friends sharing memories and stories. The family will greet visitors from 4 - 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19 and again at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20 at the College Hills Church of Christ at 1401 Leeville Pike in Lebanon. A memorial service will be held on January 20 at the church at 11 am. A self-described “country banker" for the better part of his life, Eddie packed a whale of a lot into his 77 years, living fully, loving deeply and laughing often. |

LEBANON – Graveside funeral services have been scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, January 16 at the Wilson County Memorial Gardens for Mr. Hemontolor, 85, of Lebanon. The son of the late Elvis and Molly Victoria Winfree Hemontolor, he died Jan. 14, 2010. The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home in Lebanon between the hours of 4-8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15. Services will be conducted by Reverend Joe K. Johnson. Survivors include wife Joyce Hemontolor; children Terry Allen (Marilyn) Hemontolor, Vickie (Bill) Macri and Dr. Lee R. (Marsha) Selby. Also surviving are grandchildren Zachary (Kelli) Hemontolor, Jamie (Cory) Cook, Lee (Sarah) Allison, Jon (Beth) Allison, Stephanie (Anthony) Armstrong, Chris (Claudia) Macri, Brandt Macri, and Jackie Macri; and great-grandchildren Hunter Hemontolor, Autumn Hemontolor, Logan Hemontolor, Jasmine Cook, Jacob Cook, Carolyn Allison, Drew Allison, William Harley Allison, Hayden Allison, Reese Armstrong and Viviane Macri. HERMITAGE -- Services are are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, January 15 at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 1003 Hickory Lane, for Mr. Parriott, 80, of Lebanon. A US Navy veteran of the Korean War and a graduate of Drake University, he died Jan. 9, 2010, at the Lebanon Health & Rehab Center. He was an insurance underwriter for many years and was a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Services will be conducted by Rev. Keith Enko. Interment Nashville National Cemetery, Madison. Survivors include: his wife of over 58 years, Marjean Osmundson Parriott; children David (Joan) Parriott of Cumming, GA; Doug (Carol) Parriott of Mt. Juliet and Donald (Karen) Parriott of Lebanon; grandchildren John Parriott, Katie McFadden, Matthew PArriott and Adley Parriott. The son of the late Earl Wayne and Geneva Marsha Connell Parriott, he is also preceded in death by son Daniel Richard Parriott and a daughter of Denise Perdue. MT. JULIET -- Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, January 14 at Bond Memorial Chapel for Mr. Johnson, 53, of Mt. Juliet. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he died Jan. 10, 2010. Mr. Johnson was a member of Powell Grove Church of Christ and American Legion Post Post #88 in Donelson. Visitation will be 12-8 p.m. Wednesday at Bond Memorial Chapel. Services will be conducted by Preacher Lloyd Gale. Interment with military honors will follow at 1 p.m. at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery. Survivors include: wife- Cathy Johnson of Mt. Juliet and daughters Toni (Joshua) Graves of Hendersonville and Kristie (Chris) Ferrell of Hendersonville; parents Vernon Ray and Celean Johnson of Springfield and step-son Chris (Candie) Ellis of Old Hickory. Also surviving are sisters Karen Edwards of Hawaii and Celeste (Jim) Hunter of Keller, TX; grandchildren Tiffany Ellis, Brittany, Joshua, Nicholas, Cody and Zachary. LEBANON -- Funeral services have been scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday, January 14 at the JC Hellum Funeral Home, 107 Stokes St., for Mr. Patton, 27, of Lebanon. Born July 9, 1982, Mr. Patton died Jan. 10, 2010 at Lebanon's University Medical Center. Family visitation is Thursday at 12 Noon, followed by memorial service. Burial at the Mt. Lebanon Memorial Gardens. Survivors include: devoted mother Lucy Mae Patton; siblings Meredith Patton, Debby Sparks and Gerald Patton; grandmother Juanita Patton; devoted friends JoVonie Reedy, Johnathan Chumley and Montez Vaden; as well as Other relatives and friends.
