NASHVILLE — Funeral services have been scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, November 21 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 9090 Highway 100, for Mrs. Ladd, 62, of Lebanon.

Born October, 14, 1947 in Nashville, she died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2009 at Hearthside of Lebanon.

Visitation is 11 a.m. 2 p.m. Saturday. Burial will follow the service at the Lynn Cemetery.

Survivors include: sons David Dearmon of Lebanon and Jason Minchey; grandsons David J. Dearmon, Russell Dearmon and Gregory Dearmon. Also surviving are siblings William (Vickie) Blaylock and Linda (Danny) Tobitt.

WATERTOWN — A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, November 22 at the Hunter Funeral Home for infant Tyler William Howard, age two months, of Lebanon.

Son of Cassie Renee Howard of Lebanon, he died Nov. 13, 2009 at Summit Medical Center. The family will receive friends prior to the service.

Survivors include: mother Cassie Howard, grandparents Lisa and Jared Fisher of Lebanon, aunts Chloe Howard of Lebanon and Chelsi Howard of Colorado Springs, CO, and uncles Chayton Fisher of Lebanon and Austin Stamps of Birmingham, MI.

Also surviving is great grandfather George Howard of Flint, MI; special friends Troy and Sherry Johns of Ashland City as well as several cousins and other family members.

MT. JULIET – Funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, November 18 at St. Stephens Catholic Church for Mrs. Hobbs, 37, of Mt. Juliet.

Mother of Mt. Juliet High football and baseball standout Mikee Brown, she died unexpectedly Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday from 4 - 8 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday morning by the Rev. Pat Kibby. Burial will follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include: husband Michael Hobbs II; son Mikee Brown, 17, and daughter Bailey Hobbs, age 11.

Also surviving is father Jim Close; step-mother Phyllis Close; aunt and uncle Vickie and Ray Dupree; mother Diane Allison Gomez and step-father George; brother Todd Close; grandmothers Margie Close and Wilma Allison; mother and father-in-law Judy and Mike Hobbs; sister-in-law Kelly Hobbs (Randy) Sullivan; brother-in-law Mark Hobbs; nieces Darby Sullivan, Keelyn Sullivan and Brooklyn Hobbs; step brothers Kip and Casey Perkins; dear friends Andrea Cornwell, Maribeth Isenberger and Gladys Gross; as well as many other family and close friends.

LEBANON – Funeral services have been scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, November 14 at the Sellars Funeral Home for Mr. VanHook, 79, of Lebanon. The son of the late Walter and Ida Myrtle Reed VanHook, "Buddy" died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009.

The family will be receiving friends at Sellars Funeral Home Friday from 4-8 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the funeral. Services will be conducted by Brother Don Owens. Interment follows in Wilson County Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include children: Linda (Ricky) Norton of Watertown and Duane (Marlene) VanHook of Lebanon; brothers: Paul (Linda) VanHook of Lebanon and Larry (Judy) VanHook of TX.

Also surviving are grandchildren: Michael (Jennifer) VanHook, Blake (Jaime) Williams, and Chrissa Norton; great-grandchildren Maghan and Ethan Williams; and numerous nieces and nephews.  The family will serve as pallbearers.

In addition to his parents, Mr. VanHook is preceded in death by wife Betty Sue Odum VanHook, , brothers Robert, Harold Dean, Billy, Kenneth and Houston VanHook.

OLD HICKORY – Graveside services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, November 13 at Hermitage Memorial Gardens for Mr. Williams, 71, of Mt. Juliet. He died Tuesday, November 10, 2009.

Mr. Williams was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and was the son of the late, Edward Gordon and Cornelia Patrick Williams. Services will be conducted by Brother Joe Nelms.

Survivors include: wife Dawn Boyd Williams and children: Darrell (Sally) Williams, Roger Williams, Doug Williams, Damon Williams, Terri Williams and Daphne (J.B.) Hasting.

Also surviving are grandchildren Tasha Hasting, Patrick Hasting, Brittany Williams, Michael Williams and Drew Williams; great grandchildrenCadence Williams, Szandor Bennett and Jonalyn Bennett.
