LEBANON — Graveside funeral services have been scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, October 8 at the Wilson County Memorial Gardens for Mrs. Graham, 96, of Lebanon.

A member of the Church of Christ and a homemaker, she died Monday Oct. 5, 2009 in the Lebanon Health & Rehab.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. until the service at Partlow Funeral Chapel. Services will be conducted by Dr. Larry Locke.

Survivors include: siblings Tom Allen Sanders, Hallie Tuggle and Janelle Grimland; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Irving and Carrie Hudson Sanders; husbands Arthur Lannom and Cecil Graham; one brother and four sisters.  Family & friends will serve as pallbearers.

Partlow Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

WATERTOWN – Funeral services have been scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, October 8 at the Hunter Funeral Home for Mr. Sloan, 38, of Lebanon and formerly of the Statesville Community. A factory worker and a graduate of Watertown High School, he died suddenly Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, Oct. 7 between the hours of 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. and Thursday prior to the services at Hunter Funeral Home.

Services will be conducted by the Rev. William York with burial at the Jennings Cemetery.

Survivors include: daughter Harley Leigh Ann Sloan of Smithville; father and stepmother Ronnie and Dimple Ann Sloan of Lebanon and mother Diana Scurlock of Smyrna.

Also surviving is sister April Armstrong and her sons Ryan Armstrong and Braden Harrison – all of Lebanon; step-sister Kim Thomas of Lebanon and step-brothers Kevin Thomas of Norene, Keith Thomas and Kirk Thomas – both of Lebanon; grandfather William C. Sloan, Jr., of Antioch; several nieces and nephews.

Active pallbearers will include: Kevin, Keith and Kirk Thomas, Ryan Armstrong, Kevin Woodard, Ross Wheeley, Chris Orrand and El-Michael Maynard.

Hunter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

MT. JULIET – Funeral services have been scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, October 8 at the Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet for Mr. Tomlinson of Mt. Juliet.

The son of the late Elbert Earl and Cumine Alford Tomlinson and retired after 30 years of employment at the Ford Glass Plant, he died Oct. 5, 2009.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to the service. Funeral services will be conducted by Brother Danny Sellars with burial at the Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include: children Mitzi (Tommy) Birdwell and Eddie (Kathy) Tomlinson, brother Horace (Reba) Tomlinson and granddaughter Brooke Chadwick as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. J.C. George and Vance Anderson will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Sellars Funeral Home at Mt. Juliet is in charge of arrangements.

MT. JULIET – Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Thursday, October 8 at Bond Memorial Chapel for Mrs. Gillespie, 86, of Mt. Juliet. Retired from Genesco and a member of the First Baptist Church of Mt. Juliet, she died Oct. 5, 2009.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Bond Memorial Chapel. Services will be conducted by Rev. Dixon Gillespie. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include: sons Dixon (Judy) Gillespie and Norman Gillespie – both of Mt. Juliet and Don (Linda) Gillespie of Statesville; granddaughters Kim Clemmons and Cathy York; great-grandchildren Joshua Williams, Nicole Williams, Jacob York and Cayleigh York.

She was preceded in death by her husband Riley Dixon Gillespie; parents Virgie and Edgar Davis; siblings Arthur, Gilliam, Smith, Ben Alford Davis, Sophie Lannom and Virginia Davis.

Pallbearers will include: Joshua Williams, Nichole Williams, Jacob York, Cayleigh York, Chuck York and John Clemmons.

Bond Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

LEBANON – Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 7 at the Partlow Funeral Chapel for Mr. Hill, 71, of Smyrna.

A retired sales representative for CAO International and a member of the Church of Christ, he died Oct. 5, 2009 at the StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 12 noon until funeral services at 2:00 p.m. at the Partlow Funeral Chapel. Services will be conducted by Brother Willard Wells and Gena Barbre. Burial follows at the Wilson County Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include: wife Joyce Hill of Smyrna; children James (Sandra "Dale") Hill of Murfreesboro and Lisa (Raymond) Jones of Smyrna; grandchildren B.J. Smith, George Hill andBeth Hill; great grandchildren: Destiny, Kane and Hunter Smith; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is preceded in death by parents, Jessie Milton and Aleene Smith Baskin Hill.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
