To the Editor:

Last Friday night several friends and I had the privilege of attending a wonderful play at The Millworks Theatre at the old Woolen Mill factory. “I’ll Be Seeing You” is a musical about the women who went to work during World War II when the men went to war. The play is filled with laughter, hope, heartbreak and all the great songs of the 1940s.

The actors are professionals and the costumes, sets, music and voices compare to any I have seen at the Crossville Theatre, the Barn Theatre and many of the Broadway plays I have seen in Nashville at TPAC. The Millworks Theatre is quite new in town and I feel we all need to support this up and coming venture.

The play I saw will be showing several more times and starting in late November “Holiday Magic,” a Christmas Review will start. For more information on The Millworks Theatre you can contact Info@MillworksTheatre.com or www.MillworksTheatre.com.  The box office can be reached at (615) 466-5290.

In order for this new theatre to make it here in Lebanon we need to get behind it and support it. Several businesses and individuals have already done this, but more help is needed.

Just think – real professional theatre right here in Lebanon, Tennessee. I love it and I think many of the citizens of Wilson County will, also.
