Toni Collier at Pulse Hair Salon, said they are holding a cut-a-thon for cancer today at the salon to raise money for the Dahl family of Lebanon, whose 3-year-old son Bryce was recently diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

Were still charging the regular price for haircuts, but all of the money will go to the Dahl family, Collier said.

Beauty school graduates Kane and Willy are pitching in to cut hair as well for the cut-a-thon, to gain some valuable experience in a local salon as well as bringing their own unique styles to the event.

Two of us will partner with the two of them to cut hair, Collier said.

There will also be a raffle for hair products being donated to the Spread the Love charity foundation by Pulse Salon to benefit those struggling with cancer across the country.

The salon is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but the cut-a-thon will run from noon to 5 p.m. Anyone wishing to benefit the Dahl family and the Spread the Love charity are welcome to come in and get a haircut during the event. Donations are also welcome in addition to the raffle and cost of getting a haircut.
