Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 28 at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home for Mrs. Crutcher, 86, of Lebanon.
Mrs. Crutcher passed away Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013, at University Medical Center.
Born February 12, 1927, in Wilson County, she is the daughter of the late John Cleveland and Mary Belle Johnson Bradshaw. She was a 1944 graduate of Lebanon High School and a homemaker.
A member of Highland Heights Church of Christ but had been attending College Hills Church of Christ.
Mrs. Crutcher was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 65 years, J. Ray Crutcher on Jan. 5, 2010.
Services will be conducted by Bro. Darrell Blankenship. Interment will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation Friday 1-7 p.m. and Saturday after 10 a.m. at Ligon & Bobo.
Survivors include: by her two children Dr. Johnnie (Ramona) Crutcher and Jamie (Randy) Johnson; four grandchildren Lisa (Randy) Newman, Dr. Linda Durham, Dr. Sam (Dr. Julie) Crutcher, and Holly Jean (Ben) Holton; eight grandchildren John & Jim Newman, Lindsay & Elizabeth Durham; Madeline & Alexandra Holton, and Anna & Andrew Crutcher; sister Evelyn Vantrease.
Honorary pallbearers: nieces and nephews, Staff of On-Call Medical, and staff of Wilson Bank & Trust-Tennessee Blvd. Active pallbearers: Randy, John & Jim Newman, Ben Holton and Dr. Sam Crutcher.
Arrangements are in the care of Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home, Lebanon.
