LGSA board selection -- Lebanon Girls Softball Association will hold its board member selection meeting 9 a.m. Saturday, January 17 in the LGSA clubhouse located in Baird Park. Anyone interested in getting involved in the 2009 league should attend this meeting. Questions should be directed to: David Pierce at 714-1839 or Barbara Trentham at 406-8230. LGSA sign-ups planned -- Lebanon Girls Softball Association Spring League Sign-ups for ages 5 -13 Friday, February 7 and Feb. 21 between the hours of 9-11 a.m. Sign-ups will be held at the LGSA Complex, located in Baird Park. Cost will be $55 which includes registration and uniform, after Feb 27 cost will increase to $65. Monday night VB league -- Cumberland University will host a Monday Night Volleyball League held at the Dallas Floyd Recreation Center March 16 thru April 20. Girls 18 and under; and girls 14 and under divisions will be offered. Play will be every Monday evening. Cost is $55 per player. Individuals and teams interested in participating are encouraged to submit applications ASAP as space in the league is limited. Juliet League season will be held 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday, January 17 at Dick’s Sporting Goods in the Providence Shopping Center. Some 14 leagues are available for boys and girls ages 6-14.
