Lebanon season tickets -- Season tickets for the 2009 Lebanon High School home football schedule are on sale now at the school’s main office. Tickets will be available between the hours of 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Home games include match-ups against Wilson Central (Aug. 21) in the home-opener, along with Hendersonville Sept. 4, Cookeville Sept. 11, Glencliff Sept. 25 (homecoming) and Beech Oct. 9 (Senior Night). Mt. Juliet season tickets -- Mt. Juliet High will be accepting season ticket renewals for the 2009 home football schedule through Friday July 31 at the main office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Season tickets are available in both the upper and lower sections of new stadium, centered at the 50-yard line, and include a parking pass. Mt. Juliet’s schedule includes six home games this season, including the September 4 home-opener against District 9AAA rival Gallatin High School. MJ YMCA golf tourney -- The Hermitage Golf Course will be the site of a tournament to benefit the Mt. Juliet YMCA at the Valley Center Thursday, August 20. A 1 p.m. shotgun start is planned for the four-person scramble format. Entry fee is $150 per person or $600 per team and includes: tournament green fees, gift packages, lunch at the golf course, on course beverages and snacks during the day, dinner at the golf course after the tournament and a Mulligan package. Anyone who registers before Aug. 5 will receive a $25 per player discount. On-line entry available at www.professionalgolfevents.net. HP man / woman scramble -- Hunters Point Golf Course will hold a Man & Woman Scramble Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 22 and 23. Entray fee is $110 per team if paid before Aug. 21. A $10 fee will be tacked on for late registration. Carts are not included, however the fee includes green fees for the tournament as well as a practice round -- if taken by Aug. 21. Tee times are available 9 a.m. - 12 Noon by calling the pro shop at 444-7521. Cumberland season tickets -- Cumberland football season tickets for the 2009 season are now available for purchase either online or through the mail. The Bulldogs open the five-game home slate September 5 against Campbellsville University at Lindsey Donnell Stadium. Reserved season tickets for the five games are $75 per ticket, with general admission season tickets going for $40 per ticket. Fans may also purchase single-game tickets, which are $15 for reserved seats, $8 for general admission and $6 for senior citizens. CU fans may also purchase a Season Pass for $100, which is good for all home football and basketball games for the 2009-10 academic year. Shockley fund established -- Lebanon High teammates of the late Raymone Shockley have established a memorial fund in his honor at Wilson Bank & Trust. Funds generated in the "Raymone Shockley Memorial Account" will be used to provide a partial college scholarship to a deserving Blue Devil football player. Donations are being accepted at any branch of Wilson Bank & Trust. |
