LHS BASEBALL PLAYS IN TOURNEY
Lebanon’s baseball team will be busy this weekend, participating in the Sports Clips Classic, set for various playing sites in and around Gallatin. Coach Tracy Slone’s Blue Devils will travel to White House this afternoon for a 4 p.m. game vs. Montgomery Central High of Cunningham.

Saturday at 10 a.m., LHS will return to White House to take on the host White House Blue Devils. Lebanon completes pool play Saturday at 3 p.m. against Ezell-Harding Academy in a game slated for Gallatin High’s home field -- the Municipal Park. The elimination phase of the tournament will be held Sunday.

Other local action Friday includes: Mt. Juliet Christian Academy’s softball team will host Knox Webb in a 3:30 p.m. doubleheader at the Mt. Juliet Little League Complex off Highway 70.

Monday, March 22: Watertown’s Tigerettes will host Antioch High in a 4 p.m. softball game at Three Forks Park;  Mt. Juliet Christian is scheduled to host Lighthouse Christian in a 4:30 game at the Little League Complex;

In baseball action Monday night: 2009 Class AAA runner-up Mt. Juliet will play at District 9AAA rival Hendersonville High in a 7 p.m. contest.

Prep soccer is cranking up as Mt. Juliet Christian Academy will be on the road at Pleasant View Christian for a 4 p.m. match.

Tuesday, March 23: Watertown High will host District 8A rival Friendship Christian in a single game at Three Forks Park. Also on Tuesday, MJ Christian will host Jackson County High in a 5:30 p.m. soccer match.
