MJ soccer plays at home Thursday PDF Print E-mail

The Mt. Juliet soccer team will close out the regular season Thursday as they host the Middle Tennessee Golden Eagles in a 4:30 p.m. home match.

The Lady Bears of Coach Ryan Hill stand 8-8 overall following Tuesday night's 3-2 win over Antioch High. Julia Duggan scored a pair of goals after Brooklyn Hartsook broke the ice with a goal some 14 minutes into the game.

Antioch scored 3 minutes into the second half and 33 minutes into the second half.

Mt. Juliet finished with 25 shots on goal for the game and Anticoh had 14 shots. Shelby Brown had 12 saves for the Lady Bears.
 
The District 9AAA tournament starts Saturday. The seeding and game times for the tournament won't be known until Friday morning at the district meeting.
