LADY WILDCATS TOP FRANKLIN CO.
Wilson Central’s boys basketball team will open the 2012--2012 season Friday as they take on Clarksville Northeast at 1:30 p.m. in the Bojangles Classic at Siegel High in Murfreesboro.

Coach Troy Bond’s squad will return to Rutherford County Saturday for a 3:30 p.m. contest vs. East Ridge High from Chattanooga.

On Tuesday, Wilson Central’s girls knocked down eight 3-pointers in a 66-48 victory over Franklin County High.

Dominique St. Louis paced the Lady Wildcats with 14 points while Rachel Bean added 13. Kendall Spray had nine points, connecting on three 3-pointers. Hailey Averitt each had eight points and each drilled a pair of 3-pointers.

Wilson Central will host Antioch High in a hoops doubleheader Thursday, Nov. 29.
