And for those who are interested for more of the same, make sure to check out the Center Stage Concert Series at Providence Marketplace on Saturday June 18th from 6 to 8:30. Entertainment, food and fun activities for the kids are available each Saturday in June during this fantastic summer feature. This weekend those in attendance will get the guilty pleasure of listening to dynamic singer, Kate Logan, and Country Krooner, Jon Byrd.

Another favorite of ours coming up next week is the WB&T’s Family Entertainment Series. We hope you will join us on the grounds of WB&T’s Main Office on West Main Street for a summertime movie experience. This magical event is becoming a Wilson County summer tradition as families and friends bring their lawn chairs, tasty treats and all watch movies together under the stars. This event will be “water-themed” and will start at 6:30 with the movie beginning at dusk.

And don’t forget that both our local theaters are offering family friendly movies this summer. The Roxy Theater in Lebanon is offering free Wednesday movies. Doors open at 9:15 and the movie begins at 10:00. Space is limited but you won’t want to miss movies like Marmaduke, Madagascar 2, Diary of a Wimpy Kid and many more. For more movie highlights go to www.roxylebanon.com.

And WB&T is also sponsoring movies at the Regal Providence Theater in Mt. Juliet every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Admission is only $1.00, so you wont want to miss this fun family friendly event.

And of course, June 19th is Father’s Day and so don’t forget to plan something special for dear old Dad! Looking for that something special, then make sure to shop Wilson County as we have everything he might need right here.

Until next time, keep reading.
