Wanda Goolsby Smith, 50

LEBANON -- Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31 at the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home for Mrs. Smith, 50, of Carthage.
Born May 15, 1960, in Wilson County, she died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Mrs. Smith operated a day care for several years and was a Baptist in belief.
Visitation Friday after 11 a.m. 
Services will be conducted by Brother Kenneth Bowen. Interment will be in the Leeville Cemetery.
Survivors include: husband Chris E. Smith; children Angel (Daniel Watson) Soucy and Travis Wooden -- all of Carthage.
Also surviving is father Hugh Goolsby of Lebanon; brothers Kenny (Robert Breon) Goolsby and Scotty (Donna) Goolsby -- all of Lebanon, Carl (Betty) Goolsby of Brush Creek, Timmy (Jennifer) Goolsby of Mt. Juliet and Tony (Beth) Goolsby of Gordonsville; grandchildren: Caleb Wooden, McKenzie Watson, Jenna Soucy, Brian Soucy, Otis Wooden, Rayonna Douglas and Celina Duffy; Special Sister-in-law Pam Blair of Lebanon; father and mother-in-law Mike and Gwen Smith of Lebanon; several nieces and nephews and in-laws.
She was preceded in death by son Mark Wooden; mother Bertha Lackey Goolsby; and brother Otis Wayne Goolsby.
Pallbearers: Daniel Watson, Gene Blair, John Williams, Seth Breon, Kevin Smith and Phillip Smith. 
Lebanon's Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
