Williams tabbed to represent Southwest Airlines passengers

The NTSB has not released its final report, although its preliminary findings point to pilot error, as does Southwests announcement that the landing was not in accordance with our landing procedures. Boeing 737 aircraft have reportedly suffered 20 nose gear collapses in the past 17 years, but it will take more research to find which of these were due to mechanical failure or to pilot error.

I am looking forward to representing my clients interests resulting from their ordeal aboard Southwest Flight 345. While fighting big corporations is always a challenge, especially large airlines, I am confident the experience gained over the past decade of practicing aviation law will allow us to provide our clients with the best representation possible, Williams said.

In additional firm news, Williams has been selected by his peers in the legal industry for inclusion in the 20th Edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Product Liability Litigation - Plaintiffs. This is the second year Williams has been selected for this honor.

He added, I am humbled by the recognition of my fellow plaintiffs attorneys for my efforts to protect citizens rights who have been injured by dangerous products.
