Woman taken to Vanderbilt after Wednesday wreck

The accident report indicated Wilson suffered an incapacitating injury and had to be extricated from the vehicle.


A witness told police that Wilson entered the intersection as the light was turning yellow, however, two other witnesses said Wilson ran a red light. Fisher said as he approached the intersection, he had a green light.


Also, a witness said he was turning south onto Hartmann Drive and had a green arrow to turn left and that he had to avoid contact with Wilsons vehicle, which he said ran the red light.


No charges had been filed in the incident and no other drivers were injured.
