Cresseda and Tim Elliott opened Peoples BBQ several months ago on Lebanon’s North Cumberland Street in the building that had been home to Elaine’s Country Kitchen for decades. Tim holds a plate filled with BBQ chicken, pulled pork, ribs and beef briskets, while Cresseda, who recently retired after 20 years with Aldi, shows off some of their sides including green beans, baked beans, white beans, potato salad and cornbread.
