This matter came before the Court on March 14, 2019, on Plaintiff's motion for publication pursuant to T.C.A. ß 16-15-905. After reviewing the file pleadings submitted in the matter, and hearing argument from counsel for the Plaintiff, the court finds that grounds exist for dispensing with personal service in this matter as to defendant Matthew Barnes d/b/a Barnes Demolition, Hauling & Flooring Services, and authorizes service by publication.

The clerk is directed to issue an Order of Publication upon receipt  of appropriate

filings from Plaintiff.
